Mr. President,
Dear Mr. Valeriu,
On behalf of CLGE, we would like to thank you for the excellent job you did in
preparation and during the European Conference on Cadastre and the very effective
support you gave us during our General Assembly, held in Bucharest on 7 May 2010. We
had the pleasure to “test and taste” the Romanian organisational, cultural and culinary
skills and one must say that what we’ve experienced was even more than what we could
have imagined! We could face some problems to find other NLG volunteering for the
organisation of future events of that kind…
Your staff proves to be very well trained and organized and the fact that the young ladies
we’ve worked with were always helping us with a large smile merits to be mentioned.
The cameramen and technician were also very obliging.
Allow us to address a special appreciation and gratitude to “our” project manager Ioana.
Thanks to her more than competent and pleasant assistance, the Conference and
General Assembly became a real success.
Please reflect our gratitude to Mihai Busuioc and Johan Neuner for the outstanding
support they gave us. This event will stay marked in our memories for ever.

Hi,
Just a note to say thank you for all you efforts in organising the
conference in Bucharest. I hope you enjoyed it and felt that all your
efforts were worthwhile.
We enjoyed our stay in Romania and were delighted to have had the
opportunity see some of the countryside and the castles together with
enjoying excellent food.
